Lund Park Campground Reviews
This is one of peons best kept secrets in my opinion. Cheap camping, few bugs, $5 fee, right on the river and the water is so clear. Not good for fishing though, maybe down the river, but not here.

Nov 28, 2022 · Steve BengtsonPretty clean and quiet, my only complaint was that the vault toilet nearest to the campsite I stayed at had no toilet paper. I was almost right on the waters edge though, easy enough to get to the creek and the water wasn't running too fast. Didn't have to chase the shade at the camp spot too much either. Will definitely be coming back.
Jun 27, 2024 · farwunderwmnTook the family there today for the first time and we LOVED it! Definitely going back to go camping 😊
Aug 28, 2016 · SaraMy partner, dog, and I just had a magical long weekend here. We got in Thursday around 2pm and found an open spot after no luck down river. Our camping neighbors, a very large family of like >30 people, were noisy, but once we had a conversation all was well and we all shared the small beach Saturday and had a wonderful time. There are plenty of other swimming spots up and down river to find some solitude too with access to Brice Creek trail for hikes. This campground is right off the road so there will be road traffic noise and dust from the parking area. The single vault toilet had no TP and we saw 0 rangers the entire 4 days/3 nights. Lots of trash (straw and food wrappers, TP, fishing gear, fake nails, cig butts, an alarming amount of band aids...) which we slowly picked up- assuming this is the remainders from the 4th of July. Every large Douglas fir had human-caused damage to the trunk. If these trees die, the site will be in full sun and pretty miserable in the summer. Some plantings in the small meadow could also help with dust, noise, and shade. This spot could use some Forest Service attention. Please leave our public lands better than you found them ya'll!
