Luna Lake Group Campground

Campground ★4.0

42976 US-180, Alpine, AZ 85920, USA

4.0
There is a nice trail on the north side of the campground which was very nice to walk.I also enjoyed how close the lake was to the sites. Each site has a good distance from each other, which is nice for the privacy. However. There are not a lot of trees, so shade is hard to come by. Many sites have trees, but their foliage (evergreens) don't provide much of a shade on a sunny and hot day.The only downside to this place is that both days that I stayed there, it seems the locals had parties and church events with microphones and very loud speakers, so it killed the nature feeling when having to listen to a sermon from someone with a microphone, or to loud music into the night. - Kinich Ahau
