★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great campsite. We stayed 4 nights with them. Had no issues. Pools was not open yet but it's before summer, the dog park is nice to allow the dogs to get some exercise. They provide doggie bags for cleanup. The natural trail is nice if you want to go explore the area. The rest rooms were amazing. It's about 25 minutes from Chattanooga so can stay away from the city and take a short drive to see some of the amazing sites. The workers were amazing; answered any questions, firewood delivery.
May 19 · Jordan SI stayed here on a cross-country trip back in 2023, and staying here for a night was one of the highlights of the trip. The owners were very friendly and accommodating with my after-hours arrival, and the facilities are top-notch. Like, miles above any campground I've stayed at before. On top of that, it was a beautifully misty morning made for some really beautiful scenery. A great introduction to this beautiful Tennessee/Georgia region. I will definitely be back!!!
May 24 · Elijah LMy family and I were headed to fall creek falls when our truck went out. We were able to limp to this KOA as it was right where we broke down. We showed up around 10 pm and they allowed us to set up to have a place to sleep. The next day they helped us get situated while we got the truck to a shop. They were the friendliest people, very clean campsite. The bathrooms were awesome and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their site. In all honestly, they made our spring break trip well worth it. Beautiful area, trials and awesome views. God works in crazy ways but it allowed us to find this great campsite that we would have never known about. Highly recommend!
April 02 · Shane SamsWe used this as a stop over on our way home to Maryland from Pensacola Florida! Not very far off of Interstate 24, convenient to Chattanooga. We called just before office closed and the lady on the phone was really nice and accomodating. We were given a nice pull through site that had a fire pit, patio with nice wrought iron patio set and a charcoal grill! Really wish I would have had charcoal to grill a burger! 😬 we got there at dusk and a storm rolled in so I didn’t get a chance to walk around until morning. The whole campground is very nice! Nice sites, cabins, tent sites, pool, dog park, playground! It was mid April so pool was not open yet, that’s why it looks a little green. I imagine it’s beautiful when open! Everything was very well kept! Bathhouse was spotless! We will be back if we ever pass through here again or come back to visit Chattanooga!
April 11 · June McCloskyWe camped for four nights in June 2025. Very beautiful well maintained campground with pool and dog park! We lost power to our RV one evening and they immediately sent a technician to restore our power! We would highly recommend Lookout Mountain KOA to any visiting Chattanooga. Close to downtown and Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain.Donna and Bernie Kurincak!
