Long Ridge Campground Reviews
We had the most amazing experience at Longridge Campground, thanks in large part to Cheryl and Bob! As brand-new camper owners, we were a bit overwhelmed, but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. They helped us with setup, showed us the ropes, and even got our stuck stabilizers removed — something we couldn't have done on our own. Their kindness, patience, and generosity made a huge difference in our trip. Truly some of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet. We’ll absolutely be returning — not just for the beautiful site, but for the wonderful people who make it feel like home.
Jun 22, 2025 · Esther O'DonnellJust leaving after 3 nights and it was such a charming quiet campground. The camp hosts were amazing. The campground was so clean and the flowers were so pretty. Doug and Cindy were so welcoming and friendly it felt like we were coming home to visit family. We had our two dogs and they loved walking along the pond and stream flowing down the mountains. We will definitely be back!
Apr 10, 2025 · Susan ChadwickBill and Cheryl are the best camp hosts ever! They were so helpful and that they set up the trailer for a first time camper and showed us the ins and outs of the trailer and how things work. I forgot a hose so they let me borrow one until I could find one. Two of my stabilizing legs broke and so he removed the legs for me so that I could at least get home and buy new ones. The bathrooms were very clean.I liked the pond is cute. The frogs do make a lot of frog noises at night. It wasn't very busy when we went, so it was a very peaceful and nice atmosphere.
Jun 22, 2025 · Carol BurnhamHad an amazing time and stay at this campground. Beyond astounded at how clean, friendly and budget friendly this campground was. Would highly recommend for both new campers and experienced campers! The couple that was were running along with the owners were all so friendly and courteous. Bathrooms, showers were A+ grade clean. Definitely would visit and stay again here!
Jun 09, 2025 · Luke OliveraExtremely helpful and friendly staff. We spent 3 nights here over Memorial Day weekend and it was great. The second we pulled up we were kindly greeted by the staff, given pamphlets full of camp information, rules, local recommendations then we were escorted to our site by two employees. Our site in particular was a tough one to park at since its at the bottom of the gravel hill, and is a tight space. They immediately knew that and provided us help backing up without us having to ask. Having our own sewage dump was super nice as well! One of the employees was helpful enough to show me his camper rig and provide tips since we are new to rv camping. He also let me borrow his pliers! Friendly folks up there!
