Lone Rock Campground Reviews
Huge camping site with many accessible restrooms and tap water. Very quiet and no cellphones network. Definitely a nice getaway.
Apr 06, 2025 · Pawan SamplayThe host Debbie was awesome. She has lots of information about the area. She is super friendly and loves to chat with guests, she even remembered my husband's birthday and came by to give her wishes to him. The camp is clean and there is lots of room and plenty to enjoy. You'll love to see all the wildlife. There is also a lot of areas to hike. The cows are a little loud early in the morning but you get used to it. The only downside is the Yellow Jackets, next time we're to try Debbie's tip of using peppermint fragrance of some kind. Bring plenty of ice as the store sells 20lb bags but they are $12, there is also small bundles of wood that were $7 and ice cream bars but those were $4. We'll definitely be back and try the fishing next time. Thank you again for you hospitality Debbie.
Sep 05, 2019 · Marcie OlesGreat place to camp. There is usually a store but there is not one for this year of 2022. So make sure you bring everything you need.
Jun 01, 2022 · Chris CohoonCamping is great..hosts friendly & helpful, always clean!
Jul 18, 2019 · Steve ChristensenQuiet time is from 10-7 and pretty much everyone here is under the age of 13 or over the age of 60. And that's fine, but expect to see many RVs and sprawling campsites and expect to be see people putting out their fires by 10:30. Site is also subject to reservation, so good luck if you show up without one. Host is friendly but stern, so don't expect to get away with much. Potable water, restrooms, bundled firewood, and dumpsters all available on-site. Beautiful spot, but highly trafficked and populated.
