Location is great, just up the mountain from all the major attractions!Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, helpful, and kind. The cabin was nice and had a good amount of room outside. We had cabin #5 and it was just a stones throw from the bathrooms/clubhouse/store.Bathrooms and showers are available 24/7. Shower water will get HOT, which is nice. Bathrooms could use a little updating, but we still felt comfortable. Showers have a curtain and a bathroom style door so privacy was good. The pool was not available when we were there, but they were out there working on opening it up. Still pretty early in the season to expect everything to be open.I'd say it's 420 friendly ish.. I did smell some but nothing bad. Just be respectful of neighbors and wait until kids are in bed. It is Colorado after all.Overall a really peaceful and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back! - Adam Reiss
