Lilac Oaks Campground Reviews
Need to check their camp site map before you make any reservation…the campsite is small. It may be more suitable for those people who like enjoying quiet moments; personally feel it’s NOT kids friendly place; restrooms are tiny and old-built. I won’t be there againThe owner is nice…
Apr 27, 2025 · L LLilac oaks is so beautiful and peaceful! The Manager was so friendly and thoughtful, and there's so much to do! I love the hike, but there's also a game room, pool, and basket ball court 🥰 not to mention the beautiful pond! The drive up in the mountains is breath taking, it's mine and my partner's favorite get away spot❤️
Jul 06, 2024 · Elaine RoseLilac Oaks is a beautiful little campground. The office staff and maintenance crew were friendly and helpful. Don’t be put off by their open hours not being 24/7. She was great about returning my call and texted information I needed. My husband and I brought our grandchildren. They had a lot of fun riding their bikes, catching frogs, and checking out the fish and tadpoles in the pond. The residents are respectful. Drivers were slow and cautious. Our site was under a great old oak tree and overlooked the duck pond. We were very happy while we were there.Thank you for a lovely little getaway!
May 12, 2023 · Lisa JonesThis is a great place! It's clean and nice and really relaxing! Safe too. There are ponds to fish in and a rec room with pool tables and air hockey! Also a swimming pool that's actually clean. Also a hiking trail. I will stay again without hesitation.
Jul 26, 2023 · UNMONITORED EMAILWe decided to go despite the bad reviews as it was our last option. My family and I enjoyed the weekend at this camp. Arriving on Friday Denisse was very friendly and check in was very fast and easy. The spaces are very small and there is no privacy. It was not a problem for us because we took our canopies and parked the cars to create privacy. There are a lot of RVs that are permanent, some spaces were very dirty with garbage. There were very strange people around the campground but we tried to stay in our space and mind our own business. The restrooms near the office were kept clean. There is only one shower, it has a door and hot water. Our children had fun in the pool and looking for animals in the pond. They found toads and crawl fish, and fish. They enjoyed the court for volleyball and air hockey. The only thing that is missing is that there is security during the night, cars passed very quickly and the spaces are very close to the street. Teens were driving without supervision and one of the almost got into out site. There is also no one to enforce quiet hours. Overall we had an O.K time. It is not for you if you are looking for rest, silence and privacy. If we would return just because the children enjoyed coming here.
