What is worth choosing
For Texans considering a long-term stay or a quiet getaway, Lee's Country Campground offers several compelling reasons to choose it. The primary draw is its peaceful, rural setting. For many, the ability to escape the noise and congestion of the city while still having an easy commute is a perfect arrangement. The “quiet country park” described by residents is a significant asset, as it fosters a sense of community and provides a serene backdrop for daily life. This park is not for everyone; its “no frills” nature means it lacks the extensive amenities of a resort-style campground, but this is precisely what makes it appealing to its target audience. It is a place for those who value simplicity, peace, and a connection to a more natural way of life.
The affordability of the monthly price is another major advantage, as noted by a potential visitor. This makes it a practical and economically sound choice for those seeking a long-term RV living solution. While a potential customer expressed dissatisfaction regarding a deposit policy, it is important to consider that a park's policies are in place for various operational reasons. The quiet, consistent positive feedback from long-term residents, some of whom have called the park home for two years, speaks volumes. This longevity indicates a high level of satisfaction and stability within the community. These residents praise the park's atmosphere and easy access to urban areas, demonstrating that the value proposition of a peaceful, well-located, and affordable long-term home is a powerful one.
Finally, the unique and heartening presence of rescued farm animals adds a special character to the campground. For families with children or anyone who enjoys seeing and hearing animals, this is a charming and memorable feature. It sets Lee's Country Campground apart from typical RV parks and contributes to its distinct identity. This is a place where you can truly feel at home, surrounded by a peaceful community and the gentle sounds of nature. For those seeking a simple, quiet, and affordable home base in the country that is still conveniently located near the city, Lee's Country Campground is a truly worthwhile and excellent choice.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1So I have not been able to stay here so I can't say much about the stay. But I can say that due to the situation accord in the few days before making it there after leaving a deposit. Which being that my truck caught fire I wasn't able to get my deposit back if any at least half. These people are not to reasonable or fare minded. Yes monthly price is good but anything else might not have been. Basically this states how they are overall. The gentleman that I spoken to seemed more reasonable but who knows. God bless
June 22 · Russell ClarkWe are happy to live here in this quiet country park. The park is close to 287 with easy access to city life, but we can see the stars every night. Landlord rescues animals, so be prepared to fall in love with the sounds of chickens, pigs, horses, cows and goats!! This no frills park has been our home for 2 years!
March 12 · Starr MarshallThis campground is the best 😁 super quite close to the city but like country living !! And love all the farm animals.. lived here for 2 years and love it here.. and the owners are awesome people ❣️
August 03 · Carrie AikmanVery peaceful and quiet. The family that runs the park is very friendly. I spent 2 years there while working in the area. Bring your own boards to assist in leveling your tires for a few of the RV spaces. There are deer and wild turkey in the area. Excellent long term or overnight RV park. WW
May 02 · Walter WoodIt's not a bad place. Well depending on your standard. if you're looking for something cheap and a long time and don't mind chickens and horses goats. Let's just say animals in general then you're fine. The owner is really sweet and that's about the jest of it, it's an RV park what more to say LOL
