Honestly they had a major flood a few weeks ago and this was a quick overnight but it is far off the interstate and no service so I couldn't communicate with owners who are not on site. Residents were nice and once I set up my satellite I could text owners. Sewer connection was full of water and my husband had to bale it out. It's mostly residents and it was tight parking. - Teresa Burchett
