Jun 30, 2025 · Jana LujanWe had a great time! Everything was good except the ant problem we experienced. It seems that our trailers were on spots that were infested with ants. We discovered ants had entered our trailers. This is our only negative experience. The water park was awesome, our kids had a blast. They also enjoyed the other activities that were offered. The park was packed but everyone was friendly noise was not an issue. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Jul 01, 2025 · Kristi RiveraEverything was amazing and family friendly! We had 4 cabins in total and kids aging from 1yr- 12yrs old. They ALL had fun and loved our time here. My only issue would be with the room when we arrived. I felt the room should have been cleaner. There was dust on bathroom toliet, and and the dishes needed to be more thoroughly washed. Other then that we all had a great time and can't wait to come again!!!
Jul 01, 2025 · Nicole HolmesGuess you can't pick your neighbors when you RV but its part of the experience. Mine were yelling and screaming at each other the whole time. No privacy at all! The RV Park seems very safe and it is great for kids. Seems a little dry but yes shady in some sections more than others. Loved the activities that were planned and the cart parades that people participate with. Water park is not so big so if you're going just for that don't. It's an overall experience of camping with a little bit of water park included. Restrooms can use a little bit of work so they don't smell like Port o Potties. Perhaps make sure all showers work
Jun 30, 2025 · Lucy SandyJennifer, customer service manager was amazingly helpful and thorough. The one problem I do have with the cleaning staff was the restrooms. It appeared as though all she did was wipe down the counter and mop the floors, the sinks were quite filthy. I went in twice right after she finished and the shower walls and sinks were untouched. The thanks we're not touched the whole week we were there and the handicap shower did not work. Other than that we had a memorable week. Please don't get me wrong, despite the cleanliness of the restrooms, my kids had a blast. We will definitely be back. Hopefully they'll find someone who actually cleans those restrooms.Thank you.
