Jellystone Park™ Texas Wine Country Reviews
My family and I were looking for a low key kid friendly staycation (about an hour from home) and this is exactly what we were looking for! We loved that it was located more remotely. It gave us a organic camp feel. The cabins were nice, we just wish there was a bigger trash can. We only had a bathroom trash can. Other than that everything was clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and super friendly ! We loved the activities director. She had so many things planned for our littles such as t-shirt coloring, games, read alouds, relay races, bubbles with boo boo bear ect… you could tell she loves her job!I feel like the price was so reasonable for our experience!
Apr 21, 2025 · abbigayle MorenoI cannot rate the rooms because we did not stay in any rooms. Me and my husband went here as a plan B for daily vacation fun day and it was amazingly kid friendly. We got day passes and our toddler got in for free. The joy my toddler had playing in the pool, splash pad and water park was just magical. The water park was even pretty toddler friendly while still the older kids had fun. We enjoyed ourselves so much we discussed staying at jelly stone over an Airbnb next time we visit Fredericksburg.
Jun 23, 2025 · Sarah DavisNice, clean park. RV spaces are large and easy to pull through or back in. The pool and water park are well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of fun activities for the kids and extremely close to some fantastic wineries for the adults. The only complaint I have, which is no fault of the park-but can be addressed by the park, is people walking into and through other people's spaces (RV plots, cabins, etc...). Jellystone needs to add that to their rules of the park. Walking between someone's truck and RV early in the morning or late at night is not best practice, and the park should remind guests of that. Again, no fault of the park, hence no star deduction, but still needs to be addressed.
Jun 22, 2025 · Ryan BreauxMeet Al, well let me back up. We booked here because my kids, who were 2&3 last time we came here LOVE it! And it’s close to our family. We pulled up unhooked, and had a minor issue where the 30a breaker tripped, look I’ve been an electricians assistant for 40 years, I can smell a bad breaker before I walk into the room. I called the front, they said someone would be out. About 2 minutes later I walk around and realize I missed him. He already has the panel apart. As we talked I realized he’s not the maintnece guy, the electrician, the trash guy. Him and his wife own this place! He changed the breaker, telling us stories the whole time, how the back row has fiber hookup at each site because people need it to work from home. How there wasn’t a campsite here when they bought it. Now there are 100+ rv sites. 10/10 recommend stopping here!
Jul 01, 2025 · Anthony SeidelOverall the trip was good.Campsite was clean and everything worked as it should. They had activities for the kids that my 6 year old enjoyed. They do restrict the kids from purchasing items unless you authorize them. We had our two 15 year olds with us and they were not allowed to use the cash I gave them. So get with them when you check in about that.
