Huttopia White Mountains Introduce
For those of us in New Hampshire who love the idea of camping but perhaps aren't quite ready to rough it, there's a growing trend that perfectly bridges the gap between traditional outdoor adventure and comfortable lodging: glamping. And when it comes to "glamping" done right in the heart of our stunning White Mountains, Huttopia White Mountains stands out as an exceptional destination. This unique campground offers an elevated outdoor experience, providing the comfort and convenience of a resort while keeping you deeply connected to the natural beauty we cherish.
Huttopia White Mountains is more than just a place to stay; it's a thoughtfully designed village of accommodations ranging from stylish canvas tents to charming wooden chalets, all equipped with amenities that make your stay truly relaxing. Imagine having a real bed, a private bathroom, and even a heater inside your tent – this is the level of comfort Huttopia delivers. As one delighted scout group leader shared, "What a great experience!... This is the best 'glamping' I've seen. Their housing options ranges from simple tents up to log cabins and everything between. Who has ever seen a real tent with a bathroom and heater inside!"
Beyond the innovative lodging, Huttopia provides a wealth of on-site facilities and activities that cater to all ages and preferences. From waking up to a fresh cup of coffee at the on-site cafe to kayaking on a pristine lake or taking a dip in the heated pool, there's always something to do. The communal areas are designed for connection, with large meeting tents for groups and a friendly atmosphere fostered by helpful staff. Whether you're planning a family trip, a group getaway, or a romantic escape into nature, Huttopia White Mountains offers a seamless blend of outdoor adventure and genuine comfort that truly elevates the New Hampshire camping experience.
Huttopia White Mountains is wonderfully situated on Pine Knoll Rd, Albany, NH 03818, USA, placing it squarely within the breathtaking White Mountain National Forest. This location offers the perfect blend of natural seclusion and convenient access to the region's most popular attractions, making it an ideal choice for New Hampshire locals.
The campground's proximity to the Kancamagus Highway (Route 112), one of New Hampshire's most famous scenic byways, ensures easy accessibility from various parts of the state. This means a straightforward drive through stunning landscapes, rather than navigating complicated backroads. The "Kanc" itself offers endless opportunities for scenic drives, hiking, picnicking, and access to numerous trailheads leading into the vast forest.
Huttopia's setting in Albany means it's "near all sorts of outdoor activities off site," including access to the Saco River for tubing and other water activities. It's also just a short drive, approximately 10-15 minutes, from the vibrant town of North Conway. This proximity to North Conway is a significant advantage for locals, as it provides access to a wide array of amenities: outlet shopping, diverse dining options, grocery stores, and family attractions like Story Land. This balance allows guests to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of the White Mountains while having the convenience of urban comforts and entertainment within easy reach. The presence of Iona Lake directly on the property also adds a layer of exclusive natural beauty and water recreation right at your doorstep.

Huttopia White Mountains Reviews
What a great experience! We had a scout group take a 4-day trip staying with Huttopia. The location is wonderful, near all sorts of outdoor activities off site, but there is a ton to do here too. This is the best "glamping" I've seen. Their housing options ranges from simple tents up to log cabins and everything between. Who has ever seen a real tent with a bathroom and heater inside! The facilities on site are new and clean and thoughtful. You can get a cup of coffee in morning and then go Kayaking! For our group there is a great huge "meeting tent" that had lots of tables and chairs for us to cook and eat together, as well as socialize at night (projectors for movies!). Would definitely return!
Jun 10, 2025 · Seth KesslerBeautiful place with varying accommodations!! Lake, pool, playground, etc...this place has everything you may want or need!! Took a family trip and ended up upgrading to a chalet with no issues!! Staff is friendly and helpful!! Beautiful area with tons to do!!
Jun 18, 2025 · Corri TierneyWe’ve stayed in the cabins and the tents. Both have been comfortable. The lake and small beach are pleasant, especially if you take a canoe out on the water.
Jun 15, 2025 · Kyle RussellWe loved Chalet #5 where we stayed for a long weekend. Everything was clean, functioning, and very cozy. I loved that each chalet has a designated parking spot and designated wagon to bring your stuff from the car to the chalet. I would recommend that each chalet be stocked with a roll of paper towel in the kitchen, a pair of general use scissors, and complimentary trial-sized packets of ground coffee to go with the complimentary coffee filters and coffee machine. We are already looking forward to our next stay this year.
