- Year-Round Availability: The camps are designed to be cozy and warm even in winter, with additional heaters and electric mattress warmers, allowing for a magical snowy glamping experience.
Highwood Retreat maintains a focus on providing a premium glamping experience, and as such, specific "promotions" in the traditional sense might not be widely advertised as they are for larger, more commercial campgrounds. However, the true "special offer" lies in the unique, curated experience they provide. Pricing for a stay at Highwood Retreat begins at around $195 per night for up to two guests. It is always recommended to check their official website for the most current pricing, availability, and any specific package deals they might offer, especially for special occasions. They often cater to unique requests for celebrations, which can be seen as a personalized "special offer." Do note their cancellation policy, as last-minute cancellations significantly impact their small retreat.

Highwood Retreat Reviews
My wife and I had a fantastic time glamping here, would go again just to try out their other camps on the property as they all have a unique flair. Owners were super hospitable and provided all the amenities we needed. Convenient spot to stay with tons of great hiking spots within a 40 min drive.
Jun 08, 2025 · Caleb NuhnCan I just say that Highwood Retreat has absolutely raised the bar for glamping! This venue has it all figured out. Keeping you warm, well fed, and steeped in nature with the most luxurious touches, I am not only smitten but hooked. These glamping tents will make even the most anti-camping traveler into a fan. Glamorous bedding, crystal water decanters, and stunning fabrics make an overnight stay here rival any 5-star hotel stay. Seriously. Go... it's just that fabulous. 😍
Nov 22, 2024 · Colleen MulvihillI truly can't say enough (like literally, can't stop telling everyone around me) about how amazing it is to stay at Highwood Retreat. My partner and I actually got engaged while staying there, and he worked closely with Katharine and Sam to create a really special surprise; and from the beautiful flowers and their handwritten note, to the Olympus worthy cheese board, I'll treasure those memories for the rest of my life. You can tell every single detail has been carefully thought about at the camp and it all comes together to create a stunning and romantic experience. Can't wait to go back!
Aug 06, 2024 · Grace MWe spent a night at Highwood Retreat while on the way to northern Vermont and I wish we had spent more time there! It is truly magical. It’s not easy to create a spot where you feel like you’re living in luxury while also enjoying nature unencumbered, but the couple who runs this place have nailed it. Every little detail was so thoughtfully curated and we felt so well taken care of— even our pup was treated like a queen! Also, it stayed quite warm in the tent, even without a fire and temperatures dropping down into the 50s at night. I’m already daydreaming about a winter getaway.
Aug 30, 2024 · TalyaTruly a magical experience. The attention to detail was beyond measure, right down to the specially curated playlist and the coziest velvet bedding. The room service menu was everything we could have hoped for, and was impeccably executed and delivered in the cutest picnic baskets. The outdoor shower was magical. Most highly recommend!
