Highlands Hammock State Park Campground

5931 County Rd 634, Sebring, FL 33872, USA

4.0
Camped in the tent only section and it was wonderful! P16 has plenty of shade all throughout the day and probably has the most privacy/space between it and the next spot. Other campers out here seem to understand the quiet hours rule which made the weekend even better as that seems to not be the case everywhere. Campsite was very clean and plenty of room for multiple tents/bug/changing rooms . Bugs were only bad first thing in the morning and right around sunset. There are bathrooms/showers by the RV side (packed) which was close to a 2 mile hike. Firewood is available at the park shop since you’re not allowed to collect here.Highly recommend this campground. - Kris Johnson
