★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had a great weekend stay in June 2025 with some friends for a mountain bike trip. Sites were large and facilities were clean. Location is fantastic being a short drive to downtown Stowe or Waterbury. We will definitely come back for future camping trips to the area
June 09 · Jason CataniaThe employee was okay. The bathrooms were clean and didn't smell. They don't have normal tent sites because the flooding washed them all away. So we had to get an electric and water site for $53.50 which was a lot of money extra since we were just tenting and didn't use the extra amenities. The washer and dryer is $2 each and work well. They don't have laundry detergent though. There is a nice creek to sit at. The buildings have lights that stayed on all night which were bright and sucked.
July 24 · Jeffery GuerardOffice and camp staff were friendly and helpful and although they had just recovered from a major flood they were working hard to repair the campsites. This doesn't reflect on the campsite or owners, rather this one couple who were staying there. It was dark and they were in a white van with the lights on inside. You could see directly inside the van as they didn't put up any type of shade or privacy fabric over the front windshield. A quick glance over and all I saw was a naked behind facing what appeared to be a webcam. Not what I expected to see at a family friendly campsite, but it really upset me.Everyone else I met was very inviting and friendly. The single traveler next to me invited me over for beer and conversation around the fireplace. It was a wonderful evening. If you get a site next to the river and sleep with your windows open it is a very relaxing sound. There is a swimming pool and the sites are clean and well maintained. You are close to Stowe as well.
September 16 · A Divine CanineWhat a great four night stay we had camping here. Naomi is such a sweetheart and made our stay so pleasant. I needed parts for my truck mailed here in advance, she gave me the go ahead and had them waiting for me upon arrival. She also helped us history on places we wanted to visit and best way to get there. Her and her family do a great job of keeping this place up and running. Love how wide spots 1-5 were from your neighbor. Washer and dryer on site and only $2ea which is a real bargain compared to what we have had to pay. Thanks for a Great Stay!
September 24 · Mike GreeneNice location in a beautiful field. The sites are grass, which means there will be no sand in the RV.The laundry has one washer and one dryer. It was a pain for us since someone was doing two loads and we had two also. No folding table. It does have a large sink.Roads are hard to see at night, but go slow and be careful.I would recommend 4.5 but 4 it is.
