This address places it deep within the expansive and beautiful forests of California, offering a truly remote and secluded experience. The journey to the campground is a notable part of the adventure, as visitors describe the approach road as "very deep in the forest with twisty road." This indicates that while the scenery is undoubtedly picturesque, the drive requires careful navigation and can take some time. Gates Group Campground Reviews
Very, VERY, very remote. No cellphone. Campground was nice. Very quite and spacious. Adjacent to a pleasant stream. Each of the sites has its own vault toilet. Never heard any vehicle noise. Was visited by the local bear which only strolled through to sniff around before he moved on.
Jul 31, 2019 · Aaron DanielsNice camp ground. Very deep in the forest with twisty road. There's a nice lake nearby. The kids enjoyed rock climbing. There were 🐻 activity in the middle of the night as they tried to get into the trash and food. They didn't bother us though, so keep your food locked up!
Sep 07, 2018 · Brandi GarnerNice little Creek with wading pool near the camp. Big trees, tons of dust and dirt, so it's nice to have the creek to cool off in.
Aug 12, 2018 · Christopher SanchezSo far the best campground near Foresthill area.
