This is a nice State Park. The cabins were great for us and our weekend stay. The fishing was great The first couple of days. However, the water was being let down and the dock was only at about a foot of water the 3rd day. If you visit this area and want fishing or swimming, you will want to visit earlier in the year than September. The camp area was very slow and the staff was rarely seen due to the slowness. The restrooms were clean and the showers were accessible. The shower house is a ways from the camp loop that the cabins were at but still available. - Wayne Jacobs
