Everflowing Waters Campground Reviews
My Wife, Kids & I have stayed here in the summer over the 4th of July weekend a few years back. The owner Dennis was great to work with my son found the campground online when everything around Traverse City was booked up. This little campground is a hidden gem offering a quiet relaxing environment not like the over populated State Parks where everyone camps on top of each other. I liked the clean grass spots with the flowing creek running through the campground. We booked this campground again earlier this summer but we couldn't make it and the owner Dennis gave us a full refund. We would definitely stay here again and it's a great value. Thanks, Chris & Sherry Marckel from Danville, Indiana.
Dec 31, 2024 · Christopher MarckelThe owner, Dennis, is very easy to deal with. Beautiful grounds and lots of birds. There is a field next door for your dogs or if you have kids. No showers and only outhouses but most of the sites are for rv so unless your in a tent or smaller trailer then you won't have to worry too much. The creek is amazing to hear especially at night. It truly is a hidden gem but if you wind up here you won't regret it.
Jun 23, 2024 · acedontlikeitI enjoyed a one night stay on a Saturday night. Check-in was a breeze, my slip/info was at the ready and waiting when I approached the office. The attendant (I believe owner) was helpful and gave me a few tips for the area. The site was quaint, quiet and perfect for my single tent. The running stream directly behind me was quite tranquil. I was without a picnic table but a quick trip to the office one was supplied. Outhouses weren't pleasant but I do business and leave. Very enjoyable stay. I WILL return!
Jul 20, 2022 · Jeff FitzsimonsThe gentleman who answered the phone for my reservation was the same one who greeted me, and he was extremely kind and thoughtful. He chose a beautiful tent spot for me, but also gave me the option to choose my own if needed (I used his suggestion as it was perfect). Each site had electricity and water, and many were right next to a flowing creek that made very relaxing sounds. There was also a nice field next door which meant it felt private and was quiet. Bathrooms were not the best. And neither had toilet paper, but aside from that, everything was great. My dogs also had a great time running around the area, and it was nice and close to TC.
Apr 18, 2023 · Marilyn KSweet man running this place. Grounds are well kept up and beautiful flowers everywhere with grassy sights roomy enough for our big rig. Quiet area. ONLY complaint would be no bathhouse, only porto potties. Electric and water on site. Definitely would recommend staying here for a quiet time, yet close enough to the things to do in town.
