Some nuance is required for giving a proper rating to Kozy Kamp. I've been going for a number of years and have for the most part enjoyed my experience. I do however have several complaints that are worth noting to anyone that are considering using their campgrounds and float service.First, they have an absolutely no money back returns policy. If you are unable to, or by act of God/nature are unable to to make your reservations the best that you can hope for is a non-refundable voucher for similar services later in the same season. SAME season. If you are unable to make it back up into missouri, you are simply out money. Due to severe flooding, my group was unable to float, and many of us were unable to even make use of our camp services. This year, due to significant rainfall I was unable to have a float, and was requested to leave the camp before my camp time paid for had concluded. (You are required to pay for two nights through the weekends).Additionally, normal amenities such as water at the cleaning station near the restrooms, and many of the restrooms were turned off. The lights were also non-functional, and since most of the time spent at the camp is going to be at night/evenings, bathrooms in the darkness are less than ideal.I was further incredibly annoyed by the fact that many of the cabins, which had no occupants in them due to inclement weather, had fire alarm chirps going throughout the night. This is absurd, and makes getting to sleep difficult.I like kozy kamp, but these nuisances along with the distance from my home makes me unlikely to return.Edit: I've upped my initial rating from three to four stars. The camp staff has been extremely helpful in helping me to make use of the gift cards I received after our float was flooded out. While this is not a refund, I hope to make it back and enjoy the camp again. - Jeremy Griffin
