EGGERTS LANDING COE CAMPGROUND Reviews
Very nice shaded sites. Very good shower house. Many sites on the water but not really water view due to trees. We enjoyed site #1 which was more open, private and has a nice view. Valley City is an interesting small town with many bridges over the river and a nice visitor center with a restored superintendents rail travel car.
Aug 10, 2021 · Karene BarkerNice campground, spacious private spots. Nice bath house. Great beach and playground. We had site 39 ADA , Nice view of water and access to it. 5G with Verizon and ATT.
Sep 02, 2023 · Lisa BThis campground has some very nice more secluded camp spots. The landing pads are gravel, most are surrounded by trees providing a nice wind break from the ND winds. The roads are mostly gravel except around the very nice playground, beach and flushing toilet/bath house. The bathhouse is clean, not even yucky cobwebs! There is also a minimal maintained hiking path through the trees within the camping area. A boat boat dock close by do you can get your fishing or recreational boat on the water for some more entertainment. There is a designated fish cleaning station. Dogs are welcome on leashes, only burn local wood. They do have zebra muscles in the lake, so drain and wash the boat very well! Paved road throughout and full hook ups would make this campground 5 star.
Jul 19, 2024 · Jessica DuffyDump station was clean, water hoses looked brand new but no water available. Two water spigot were found, one in Day use area and one by the pay station close to the host site. The flush toilets and showers are on the outside of the camping loop so that would be a long walk from the back of the loop. We didn't use them so no report on that. There is a vault toilet in the back of the loop. We didn't use it but another camper said it was not very clean. The camp sites are wooded and ours had a trail to the lake. The sites could tend to be muddy with a lot of rain. Reservations are posted on the board at the pay station and reserved sites were also marked on the post. It was a nice, quiet stay!
May 08, 2024 · Kathy RaynerBeautiful park but be aware during hot summer weekends the electrical system cannot handle the draw in the park. My surge protector/electrical management unit kept kicking off due to low voltage. At one point it dropped below 100 volts! Didn't want to risk damage to my RV's electrical system and it's sensitive electronics so as we were close enough to home we just left.
