★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A well kept campground. Very peaceful and beautiful views of the lake through the trees. The park rangers are very friendly and nice. During our most recent stay they stopped to show my son and our group a turtle they were transporting to its new home on part of the lake.
June 07 · Joanna HoferGreat camping accommodations. You don’t feel like you’re top on of your neighbors. Platforms are elevated and practically level. Most sites have lake views. We enjoyed listening to a Saturday night band at the marina’s restaurant across the water from the campground. Plenty of bathhouses scattered throughout. Each site has its own water and electric hookups (no sewer hookups, but there’s a dump station on site), campfire ring and grill.
May 26 · A M OrehekWe went for camping during the weekend at Edgar Evins State Park and the experience was really nice, the camping slots are designed "deck" looking, well separated from one another and with enough space to accommodate all your gear. The views at the park are amazing and you have several trails to hike, so overall amazing experience and the views at night are amazingly beautiful if you like stargazing.
April 27 · Alejandro De BarrosFirst time visiting and staying at the state park. Clean bathrooms, clearly marked signs throughout the park, and solid platforms for your tent or camper. We enjoyed staying here and will again. Boat ramps and marina available too.Make sure to check the website photos of the campsite you pick so you know if it has a dip or a ramp for that platform as it may matter for your rig or setup. Only a few were steep either way. I liked the platform setup more than I thought I would. Better than the standard TN state park gravel pad. Except for the back country sites each has power and water hook up. The park also sells wood and ice at a central spot with dumpsters as well. They also have a gift shop with a small tower to climb for a view of the dam. At least two playgrounds for kids too. Many walking trails to explore and a small cemetery you can walk to. Go visit. It’s worth it.
October 24 · Matthew ClaudeWe camped at EE over Easter weekend and really enjoyed the campground, Center Hill Lake and the area attractions. This is a very hilly campground but TN has built very nice platforms on most of the sites. We have a 30' travel trailer and were a perfect fit but some of the sites will require very good parking skills for rookie campers.
