★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Site 21 is the best tent site in the campground. We had trees for hammocks, good spacing between us and the neighbors, relatively easy access to the lake for kayaking and fishing, stellar views, and close access to a toilet without any stench blowing over. Tons of dragonflies, wild strawberries, and minimal flies and wasps.Prior reviews mentioned loud generators. The campground was about 50/50 trailers and tents. Generator use was minimal and quiet.Plenty of pit toilets for the campground. The camp host tidied them up multiple times each day. The campground details said no trash service, but there was a dumpster at the entrance. The road was nowhere near as bad as I expected. Granted, we went in late June. We would definitely come back to this exact site. Other spots will work best if you have a trailer.
July 03 · Cherish JGreat little place off the grid. Beautiful scenery, a lot of UTV trails, good size camp sites for both tent and trailer. Very clean restrooms, too! The camp host was friendly and gave a few tips for our next trip. My only complaint is the closest store is about 40-45 min away. A small store for basic necessities like ice and water just for campers would be so great.
June 17 · Sonya ByersThis is a nice, quiet campground with clean toilets and drinking water. The forest has been ravaged by beetles and majority of the trees in the area are dying or dead, but the lake was nice. We went on the busy Labor Day weekend and there were still several walk -up sites available. Good fire pits and most sites have steel tables which were great for our dutch ovens. If you're looking to get away from some of the busy areas on the south face of the Uintas, try this area on the north side.
September 05 · Brenden HaueterBeen camping in the Uinta's for years now, but Marsh lake was a first for us. The camp host was great , bathrooms were extremely clean, and our spot had a great firepit, grill stand, ada accessible picnic table, and firewood laying around everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back.😎
July 08 · Jayson JonesOne of my favorite places to camp! The campground surrounds the lake so you are able to see it from your campground and walk right down to it in a matter of minutes. The night sky is incredible here, so many stars! It's also a wonderful place to fish, everyone always scores here. There's a couple of docks and a boat launch. It's a great place to throw in some kayaks and race around. There's also usually a ton of wild flowers here. There's a few trails to explore as well. bathrooms are pit toilets but they are usually the cleanest ones I've ever seen. We love camping here every year!
