East Fork Indoor Group Campground Reviews
Okay, let me explain really quick about my 1 star review. This location, is perfect. The cabin, is amazing. The view is beautiful and place always as clean as a cabin will get. My family has been coming here for a little over 10 years, 10 years of memories with family. We have always loved and enjoyed this place. It has become a staple to our family. The reason I put a 1 Star is the outrageous price that anyone will be having to pay to stay here in the future. $40 jumped to $100 in the blink of an eye, is heartbreaking. My family will rarely be able to come back here at this price to a place that has been so meaningful to us over the years.I understand the cost of everything goes up over the years, but almost tripling in costs within 1 year breaks my heart.Thank you for the great memories though.I'd also like to point out that there are zero renovations or updated appliances in the past years of us going there, to make this cost change go up so drastically. The fridge doesn't keep any items cold, the shower panel is breaking, the fire place has been getting louder and louder each time we go. Snow removal wasn't taken care of either.
Dec 26, 2024 · Ariel HovlandLove this place!!! It’s one of our family’s favorite places to go for mini vacations. I could spend hours on why we love it out here! It’s really quiet, animals come around:mostly deer, but other come out. It’s not your Ritz Carlton, but it’s got something that so so special that not even a 5 star hotel van compare. I love this place. If I could own this place, it would be amazing!! Oh, by the way, Emily the Park Ranger is really super nice! Wish we got a picture of her, too. We will be back around Christmas and I’m already excited about it! See a few of the photos we’re posting. Oh, you can also write in this book to tell others about your experience, and read theirs, too!

Oct 25, 2024 · Daniel DahlkeThis is such a wonderful place for families to get back to nature and spend quality time together. The views are phenomenal and we had wildlife come through the camp several times. Lovely walking trails are another plus! The cabin is wonderful. Sleeps 12 people and it's handicap accessible with a large bathroom with a shower that has a fold down bench. The kitchenette is fantastic and includes a stove, sink and refrigerator. There is a gas fireplace in case things get chilly. Our family had such a fantastic time! We were sad to leave. It's also very affordable and can accommodate 10 additional campers with tents. You will absolutely love it!!
Jul 05, 2022 · marla olsonVery fun with a lot of hiking opportunities. Excellent kayaking in the summer time with plenty of rental shops (around Hatfield) and ATV trails. We were there in the fall with gorgeous fall colors all around. The cabin was cozy with floor heaters and we slept on air mattresses. I would highly recommend walking around Perry Creek, the boat landing side, oxbow lake, castle mound, and wildcat. Wildcat and castle mound were both very difficult trails. The shower was clean, the kitchen was functional and clean and we will definitely be returning!! (If we can book it)
