What a nifty campground!! Very quiet and off beaten path which is what we like. Manager is super friendly and helpful - she and the other long term tenants here were very welcoming. Jun 16, 2025 · Dave EvansI couldn’t say better things about this place. Kathy was an absolute doll and was so friendly and sweet both over the phone and in-person. We tent camped during a cold night so we were the only people in the tent field area and we got a great spot that was secluded yet close to the restroom. I was so at peace here and felt very safe. Thank you Kathy! We will return when back in WV :)
Mar 12, 2025 · Jordan MillerWe stayed here for about two months and had a wonderful experience. We made a life long friend with the campground manager, Kathy. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet and cozy place to rest then look no further. This lovely campground has everything you need from showers to laundry and a cute little common space with seating and fire pit. Would recommend to anyone.
Jun 01, 2024 · JamilynI can’t say enough good things about our experience! We drove to wv from Va to camp in our camper for the first time and arrived to a campsite we reserved and no one was there and no one answered the phone. In a panic I called the eagles nest campground to see if they had any space for us and it was extremely last minute, but Kathy was literally the sweetest, told us she didn’t have a lot of room but she would make some space for us and to come on! We got here, had truck issues, she came over helped us with everything, she made the start of a really bad day, a great camping experience for our family. We will most definitely be coming back just because of how great she was to us.
