Dripping Springs Campground

39755 CA-79, Aguanga, CA 92536, USA

4.0
Very solid campground. About a 10 minute drive to gas stations/restaurants, so this is an ideal spot if you want an easy nature getaway while still being close to civilization. The sites were all pretty different, I would definitely choose one deeper into the campground. We stayed at site #20 and it was especially nice because we had our own oak tree, however the ground was a bit uneven. They all include a picnic bench, pit fires and a charcoal grill. The bathrooms were as clean as I’ve seen for pit toilets, and there was plenty of toilet paper. The hiking trail behind the campground is also quite nice, very well maintained and offers California landscape views of rolling hills, a lake and a vineyard. - Sarah Martin
