Devils Backbone Three Ridges Haven Reviews
Great dinner, ordered the half rack, and wife had the vegan curry.Ribs were great! Fall off the bone tender. Maybe a touch dry, but easily overlooked as the smoke was on point, and flavor was killer.Thank you for NOT covering them in sauce, they were stand alone fantastic. The vegan curry was outstanding!! Little bits of pineapple really elevated the dish and hit on all cylinders. What a great joint for date-night, lunch, or just picking up a brew from the origin. This will not be our last visit. If covid ever ends and live music returns.. This will be a great venue for a great time!(Fingers crossed)Till then, cheers!
