★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It's fun, not that great for dogs cause of all of the thick brush. Any road in is gonna be a washboard for several miles. Otherwise it is a fun place to camp.
June 16 · Don SlickGreat host and nice and spacious campsites. I expected pit toilets but they were fully functional plumbing and very clean. The host at the time had firewood for sale which was nice since there aren’t any amenities this far out.I didn’t book a reservation but saw that there were a lot of first come first serve sites we took a chance on coming out on a Saturday and had a few to choose from. The dirt road was a little rough getting out to the area but paved at the actual campground. An easy walk over to the water but not right next to the water.
July 03 · Sam BrownBEWARE OF THIS CAMPING! We visited in a campervan, and we woke up at 2am to the sound of our car’s alarm and the “open door” signal on the dashboard. We told ourselves it was nothing, but after reading the last review from another user, we’re convinced someone tried to break in. This camp is also over one hour into a forest through a dirt road and with no signal, so you’re on your own.On top of that, I had never seen more disgusting toilets - dead bugs, pee all over, clearly no one had cleaned them in months.Avoid like the plague.
July 09 · Nina SchwaigerMy wife and her friend went camping here. Paid for the camp ground. One of the hosts took down their camping stuff down and put it in their trailer trying to stealing it .While they went kayaking on th e lake. When they came back they confronted them and got it back. They even offered them drugs. They are so lucky I decided not to go because I would have beat his ass. You Need do better at hiring the right hosts not Theives or drug dealers dealers!!!!!!
June 29 · John SanchezWe took my family which included my non-camping brothers and their children as well. This was going to a fun time for the family. The sites were okay, but the fire pits were so close to the tables that we could not put up a canopy without risk of sparks creating holes in it. The sites did not provide much shade. The pictures showed you closer to the reservoir which in reality isn't true. You can walk, but most people would probably drive so that they could fish.
