Crown Point Camping Area Reviews
Was super disappointed at the service at Crown Point. The campground was clean but tight to get into if you have bigger campers. We camp with a large group and actually all booked together. The owner made sure to sit near our group to catch us talking after quiet hours and expected us to not gather on more than groups of 4. I could understand if we were loud but we weren’t. Was very unsettling and she was not kind. Activities were posted but never followed through with the exception of the owners birthday. Any interactions with the owner from check in to check out was met with rudeness. The 10 other families and I will not be back. We have never been treated like that at a campground.
May 27, 2024 · Kiernan OsgoodThis place is a hidden gem. The staff is awesome! They helped us get settled into our spot (we have a big rig and tow). The beach was extremely clean and lagoon was warm and relaxing. The entire campground was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff did a courtesy call the day before to make sure we didn't have questions getting into the area due to flooding in the area. If we come to Vermont we'll definitely stay again.
Jul 14, 2023 · Larry ThomasI used to go here every year as a child from a baby until I was in my teens. And again for my honeymoon. And will be going again this year for my five year anniversary. I have a favorite spot and have always been able to get it when I go. It’s quiet, it’s clean, there are places to swim and places to hike. Is by far my favorite campground, and I’ve been to quite a few.
Apr 06, 2024 · Chance BassetteJust a beautiful, natural area to get away from the everyday regimen. Grounds are very well kept and all are friendly. We continue to come back multiple times a year for our family getaways into peace and tranquility.
Aug 01, 2024 · Danielle NadeauTerrific camping experience, very family oriented, and the store had necessary items in addition to fun items. Beautiful camp sites, lots of activities, and the owners were attentive and great to deal with all around. We already reserved our spot for next year and will bring our paddle boat since there is a launch right at the campground!
