Cowles Scout Reservation, Inland Northwest Council Reviews
We love it here and make a point to camp here at least once a summer. This is my 3rd weekend camping here this month. I have tent camped and trailer camped and enjoyed both. The waterfront is awesome. It is a good place to bring kayaks and our canoe. The kids love the treehouse and gaga ball pit. This is a quiet place to camp not too far from town. It is pet friendly and people friendly too. Ranger Leo is helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Camp Cowles if you are looking for a restful camping trip. Reservations are required.

Feb 02, 2025 · David BroughtonHighly recommended for scouting or special events. Its available to reserve.
May 18, 2025 · Dr. Wade LarsonThey have recently logged the place and it doesn't even resemble the camp I've known all my life. First they tear down a camp land mark ( Finch Lodge) the first building built on camp for the boys. Thirty years ago my father became camp ranger there. I grew up in those woods and that lodge, now it's all a memory. Very sad to see such beautiful forest and camp history demolished and it's a shame the kids coming up for camp won't ever know what used to be the camp we all grew to love.
Mar 08, 2023 · Wesley LubahnThis is a Cub Scout camp that you can rent part or all of. This camp is located on Diamond lake. There are wonderful hidden views, and places of relaxation.
