Christies Campground Reviews
Patti and Bruce are great people. Accommodating and helpful in everyway. Cabins are clean and comfortable. Loons , beavers, ducks and turkey hanging around the place. Quiet right on the lake. I've been there 2 years in a row. Fishing is outstanding. Hunting close by. They have it all. And they make their own ice cream. Can't go wrong staying here. As long as you keep your dog close and clean up after them, they are welcome as well. These are salt of the earth people. They don't make em like Bruce and Patti anymore!!!
Aug 08, 2022 · Kirk DouglassVery nice cabins. The owner pat is just a peach. The campground is very clean and well kept. We stayed the last week in June and it was alittle chilly. The cabins have natural gas heaters and stoves. Kept us warm when we needed it. Had to do light cleaning when we arrived but overall was very nice. Definitely will come back. Prices are very reasonable considering whats around. They also have a winterized cabin for those interested.
Jun 26, 2018 · Christina SaarsI’m giving Christie’s a solid 4 out of 5. They would have gotten 5 if there was a little more shade on our site but 4 is still good. Nice clean campground with friends staff and owners. nice layout, but a little too much field and not enough woods, I guess they save those woodsy spots for the seasons. I have to say it was a flat, very flat campground and flat sites, great for riding bikes, even get to see a freight train go by once, a little bit of a bike ride away from the campground, which was a nice bonus. The campground worked out well for us while were in vacationland.
Jul 11, 2018 · Jay CI would say it's a beautiful place, however on the site it said they provide towels, I saw no towels anywhere. The lake is beautiful, the cabins are beautiful, the beds are nice, and there are fire pits for campfires. It can get a little bit cold here but that is maine for you.
Sep 23, 2017 · Isabella JacquesSuper friendly and low key campground. Everyone gets alone and socializes. Sandy and shallow area for children and a small playset in the middle of the campground easily accessible and seen from almost all sites. Only bad thing was the playset needs some TLC its years of wear is starting to show and the swings were broke. I would definitely go back.
