Chevelon Crossing Campground Reviews
Found a trail that we were able to take the RZR on that took us to a nice view of the lake.
September 25 · Kipp DiesronGreat campground with a clean vaulted toilet. Most of the camp sites are washed out or over grown from lack of use. Spent two nights in early September could of used more tall pines for shade but great views of the night sky. River was dry this time of year and we were visited by a Mt. Lion on our second night.
September 06 · Travis SteelmanWay off the beaten path but well worth it, gorgeous views and very peaceful
January 17 · Jared MThe country side was beautiful but the mens bathroom was pretty nasty and a few of the sites with fire pits had garbage. People always find a way to ruin everything. Pack it in, pack it out. Leave no trace. Always, please?
April 26 · Timothy MatthewsSmall camp area , no running water in the creek, & big wild cats in the area, mountain lions , bobcat , & maybe a bear wandering threw! A little traffic on the main road, quiet peaceful , be safe hiking
