Cedar Springs RV Resort Reviews
Seems like there are a lot of full-timers here which definitely impacted the overall feel of the place. Less recreation and upkeep, more maintenance and stagnation.Staff was kind and it looked like they were trying without much direction or ambition for anything better than what it was. Site sizes were all over the place.
Jun 23, 2025 · Stephen EkstromThis was our second time camping there. The staff is extremely polite and ready to help. This is a perfect family get away. We had our Granddaughter and the kid friendly activities were Great! It also has activities for the child at heart! Our first stay they had karaoke and barrel rides. Our Granddaughter loved it, she's 5. Our second stay they had the barrel rides and live music and a pancake breakfast. They have an awesome play area and a very nice beach and swim area. The bath houses were clean and nice. We will definitely be taking another trip there. You will not be disappointed staying there.
Aug 19, 2023 · Angela ComaiWe made last-minute Memorial Day weekend plans and were thrilled to be able to book two sites here. Not only that but they were full hookup! We've camped at state parks on Memorial Day weekend and have always found it to be a noisy, crowded experience. Not here! Even though the campground was pretty full, it was extremely quiet. No loud party people and everyone was friendly. All the facilities were nice. Our site backed up to the playground, which was small but lovely. The kids really enjoyed it. The beach was very clean. We brought an inflatable raft that the kids enjoyed taking out on the small lake. The owners also did some fun kids activities. Even though my kids chose not to take part, I thought it was nice that they offered train rides and organized a game of capture the flag. This campground is also in a great location. Our goal was to be close to the John Ball Zoo so we could attend an event there. This campground is only 20 minutes from the zoo. It's also just minutes from a Meijer and pretty much any fast food restaurant you could want.Overall, this was a better than expected experience and I'm sure we will be back in the future!
May 29, 2023 · Chrissy BrackelWe were looking for one night in the area of about 50 miles for a Saturday night. Thanks to Amanda we got a site and Sunday morning on our way south. Her and husband were very hospitable and helpful when backing in our large motorhome.
Aug 04, 2024 · Elizabeth GiulianiThose last 2 low reviews were sour grapes. Yes we have speed limits and quite times and no dogs on the beach. But camp ground have rules. I love Cedar Springs Resort, this has been our summer site for the last 4 or 5 years. We will come back as long as we are able. Laura and Steve do a great job. We will miss you this winter, Mike, Sue and Monkee
