We stayed at the Rifle Gap State Park, Cedar Campgrounds on our way across Colorado. The state park and campgrounds are situated on the Rifle Gap Reservoir between the mountains. The setting was beautiful. We stayed on site 10 near the waterfront on a private site with awesome views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Our site was a nice roomy, level site and had electrical hook ups, a picnic table with private shelter and fire ring. The Cedar Campground loop also had a nice clean rest room facility. We had a great stay. - ray weithman
