Jun 12, 2025 · Stephanie PerkinsAbsolutely amazing. I visited with my 3 children this past weekend, and it was the best trip we have ever had. The hospitality, amenities, and scenery as well as the convenience of nearby attractions that are free and or low cost makes this campground an absolute hidden charm. It is also very far out into the middle of the mountains which makes for the most beautiful stars.
Jun 24, 2025 · Alexandra DomitrovichWe loved our stay at this quaint and picturesque campsite on the crystal river! Very clean shower house, friendly people and they have a small shop and a space for laundry as well as reading games and a fireplace. The kids loved the pool as well! We had a beautiful spot on the river side ❤️ I forgot something from the shower and they were willing to send it to me! Overall a great stay! Ok
Jun 20, 2025 · Bianca Henken-MeppelinkI stayed here recently in a riverside cabin for 3 nights. What a great time - the location is beautiful and there are many things to do in the surrounding area. The cabin was well equipped, very clean, and very comfortable. I was super pleased to see the old forest service cabins, they have a lot more character than the cabins at other KOAs I've stayed at. I'll definitely be back!
Jun 11, 2025 · Matt WareWe did some tent camping here recently and the experience was truly great. I would give 5 stars is we were able to pick our own campsite rather than being assigned one (ours was nice, but others were closer to the river and with much more shade trees -still hot in June in the mountains!). The staff was super friendly and helpful.
