Been camping at Sam A Baker since I was in the womb. It is and will always be my favorite park. Things have def changed since I was a kid...but you have that everywhere. Unfortunately. This park is always clean. People are friendly. Its fairly quiet. River is steps away! Always a good time!
Jun 12, 2025 · Alyssa HostoBeautiful camp ground. Well maintained. Shower/bathrooms are roomy and clean. Hot good pressure water. Some camp spots are more roomy than others. You do get some noise from the road that runs through the park but otherwise quiet in late September. Definitely will stay again.
Oct 08, 2023 · Samantha DuzinskasIt was nice not much quiet but okay. Maybe too many people and crowded at the time. Water level is so up and fast you can't sit or stand there. Nobody have provided trash begs. Didn't find the hosts to meet & greet. Washrooms okay and closed by from 095 Family basic campsite. There is dollar general store near by so you can get what you want your basic needs. Middle of the night bear come so just make sure you get aware. All over experience is good so far.
Aug 14, 2023 · Pia TalatiGreat tree covered campground with sites not cramped on top of each area. Electric only sites with water access randomly scattered. Shower house is nice and we'll kept. Close to easy water launch access, and swimming in creek.
Aug 28, 2023 · brian bOne of my favorite places to go, it's very relaxing and beautiful. The campground hosts are very friendly and attentive to every need! Also go check out the midlick mountain store and grill, they have everything you forgot at home. The grill staff are very warming and the food is delicious with good portions!
