Camp William B. Snyder, Boy Scouts of America Reviews
We went camping here with a group of almost 30 people, next to us was another group of at least 40 people, and in from another large group... And all these people were stuck sharing ONE porter potty, placed in front of the very nice facility, ONE porter potty. Needless to say, it was disgusting and close to overflowing by Sunday morning. Other than that the place was ok. There was one facility, at the vet entrance, that was open and wrote nice, but too far to go from our site. At night, the trains, planes, and cars were so loud all night long... On the bright side, they provide plenty of excellent wood for burning. But overall, I wouldn't come back during this time of the year.
Mar 29, 2025 · Tanya SpadyGreat camp. Snyder has a bunch of activities you can do such as archery, a wood shop, a hiking path, and a whole lot more. There is also a variety of choices of how you want to camp, such as regular camping with your tent, on a platform, and even cabins and a cottage if you book them. The council also holds a bunch of programs such as NYLT and summer camp.
Jun 27, 2024 · ryanDecent campground for scouts with a good amount of bathrooms and showers. The ground is swampy in some areas after rain and most tent sites are built off the ground but many if them are broken.
