Group Rental Packages: The primary "special offer" would be the ability for private groups to rent the entire camp or specific facilities (lodges, dining hall, etc.) for exclusive use. Pricing for these would likely be package-based, depending on the number of guests, duration, and services required (e.g., catering options if available). Groups should inquire directly for customized quotes.
Early Bird Booking for Family Camps: For their scheduled family-friendly camps, there might be early registration discounts or incentives for booking by a certain date. These would be announced directly through their program brochures or website.
Off-Season Rates: If the camp offers individual or smaller group bookings outside of peak seasons or pre-scheduled events, they might provide reduced rates during the shoulder or off-seasons (e.g., late fall, early spring).
Special Rates for Partner Organizations/Affiliates: Given its potential religious foundation, there might be specific discounts or preferential rates for affiliated churches, non-profits, or educational institutions booking retreats. This would need to be confirmed directly with the camp.
Longer Stay Discounts: For any individual or smaller group bookings, similar to campgrounds, there might be lower per-night rates for extended stays (e.g., weekly discounts).
Since Camp Koinonia NY appears to focus on tailored experiences for groups and specific programs, it is highly recommended that interested parties contact the camp directly to discuss their needs and inquire about any relevant pricing, packages, or specific seasonal offerings.

Camp Koinonia NY Reviews
I was camping with a group who rented the camp for a private group camping weekend, and I loved the facilities! A few cute cabins in a couple places, multipurpose dining hall, bathroom with showers, pool, and a really beautiful outdoor gathering space just intro the woods, built with rocks. I gathered this was a religious based camp by the chapel on the premises and the gathering space seems like it'd be perfect for outdoor worship, including podium and altar, allade of stone. The space is great other group gatherings as well, as we used it for non religious purposes.
Aug 14, 2023 · Kristen WeberA serene place to spend time in the outdoors. Great facilities, including multiple lodges, private cabins, playground, even a pool! Lots of great hiking trains! The camps offered are family-friendly.
Dec 08, 2023 · Emilia VanderwerfCamp Koinonia is an amazing experience for families with kids of all ages. It is a great week for families to grow closer to God and to grow closer as a family. It’s an opportunity to be in nature and forget the stress of the “real world” for a moment. It’s a place where camp staff help parents wrangle their kids, so it’s a little less pressure on parents. Kids have a blast swimming, hiking, crafting, and playing sports. Parents have plenty of parent social time while kids are in sessions and after kids are tucked into bed with babysitters on hand when needed. Definitely makes top 5 of my all-time favorite family vacations and one of my favorite places on earth.
Jan 28, 2022 · Mary Ellen CammilleriAmazing staff. Maintenance is to the best of their ability due to much needed funds. (non-profit). Pool is always clean and to code. Landscaping is gorgeous. Plenty of cabins on site as well as tent space. There is a hiking trail, a chapel, a community hall, and bathrooms and showers.
Aug 24, 2018 · Jess TetroI went here when it was Kamp Koinonia in the 1960. Fell in love with it so much, ended up being a counselor for years. Made tons of friends and am still in contact with a few. Thank you to the EUB Denomination for having this place.
