May 11 · Lisa Lopez-GriggsOkay campsite with lots of room, washrooms and dump/fill station. The place is generally run down, washrooms are not regularly cleaned, host is not very present. The place seems forgotten. There are wild coyotes who freaked my dog out - he was unsettled during our stay.
October 09 · John ClokeFlush toilets and potable water available. No trees for hammock camping. I really enjoyed the quiet of the place. If you need showers and amenities, bring your own as the ranger station is closed. Only 2 First-Come sites, but making a reservation on the fly isn't difficult. Also, cell phone worked for me most of the time... sometimes I had to restart my phone.

March 31 · Jesse DugganI would have loved to see this day in its hay day when the water was literally next to the campground. Those days are long since gone. Only 1 campground loop is still in operation. You can walk through the old loops and see nature slowly reclaiming it. The campground has no privacy or separation from neighbor sites. The shrubs and bushes have been trimed so aggressively they are mearly stubble. Feels like its only a matter of time until this last campground loop joins the rest of them in a permanent state of disarray. Its kinda wild to me that with the endless sun and cheapness of solar panels how many people here are still running generators as soon as they're allowed to. I'll be moving on as soon as I have a few hours to move.
