Cabin Creek Campground Introduce
For those of us in North Carolina, especially those with family or commitments in the Jacksonville area, finding a convenient and welcoming place to stay is key. Cabin Creek Campground in Jacksonville, NC, fits this description perfectly, offering a practical and friendly solution for both short visits and extended stays.
Cabin Creek Campground might be located with easy access to a busy highway and a gas station, which can bring some ambient noise, but as one satisfied long-term resident noted, "all said and done, we enjoyed the park and staff." This highlights a crucial aspect of Cabin Creek: its strength lies not necessarily in remote tranquility, but in its exceptional service and a strong sense of community. Despite the everyday hum of activity, visitors consistently find the park to be enjoyable and a reliable place to call home, even if temporary.

A resident who has lived there since February 2024 raved, "The staff here is awesome and are very quick to take care of my needs whether it is getting my propane or keeping the grounds clear of leaves and pine straw. Recently trees have been cut back and it looks great. Thanks Michelle and Albert for all your hard work here at Cabin creek campground." This level of attentiveness to guest needs and meticulous upkeep of the grounds—from routine cleaning to significant tree trimming—creates an environment where campers feel truly valued and well-cared for. It's this commitment to hard work and responsiveness that transforms a convenient location into a genuinely pleasant experience.

This willingness to return, even when facing natural challenges, speaks volumes about the consistent quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere fostered by the staff. Cabin Creek Campground is clearly more than just a place to park; it's a community where the people make all the difference.

Cabin Creek Campground Reviews
Park right on highway and beside busy gas station, so pretty busy and rather loud, but all said and done, we enjoyed the park and staff. Rain every day and poor drainage made for a muddy area below the RV, causing stabilizing blocks to sink more than an inch below the surface…. Can’t fight Mother Nature, though. All said and done, great park and would stay here again when visiting kids and grands!
Jun 15, 2025 · Carol MattI have lived here since February of 2024. The staff here is awesome and are very quick to take care of my needs whether it is getting my propane or keeping the grounds clear of leaves and pine straw. Apr 26, 2025 · Stephanie BryanVery quiet and laid back campground. Staff is very helpful and nice. The tent area was awesome! Nice and shady with a carport. The RV sites were spacious and clean. The bathhouse was very clean and updated. We loved it!
Apr 29, 2025 · TedNShawn WoodellMy husband and I took a drive to your campground. Wanted to scope it out. We have family in Richlands and wanted to see the drive to and from. Unfortunately, it seems a bit convoluted to get there. So, we kept our reservations at Duplin Co Park in Pink Hill. Cabin Creek might be more appropriate for Camp Lejeune bound visitors.Your cancellation policy is way too harsh and unforgiving. 3 weeks' notice to cancel to get a full refund? Seems like a money train. As far as the stay there, I can't comment one way or the other but does not seem a bad place to camp for the area.
Jun 14, 2025 · Patricia FullerMy wife and I stayed at Cabin Creek while we were visiting our son, the campground was very clean and well maintained. Michelle called the day of our check in to confirm our ETA and left our paperwork for us along with her number incase we needed anything as we were arriving after hours. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
