Boston / Cape Cod KOA Holiday Reviews
My family and I have been camping at this KOA location for over 5 years and this is the first year we met the new management and staff. We had a PHENOMENAL stay!! We first met Monica who greeted us in the office with a wonderful smile and friendly personality. The staff were all attentive and inviting. Monica truly went above and beyond to assist me and my husband when we locked ourselves out of the car!! She called her husband immediately and he was able to open the car for us! Absolutely favorite campground in the area!!
May 02, 2025 · Jade JohnsThe staff was friendly and helpful. There was trash on our site and also piled in the fire pit when we arrived. We stayed in the Highlands which I would not recommend. Our site was extremely unlevel as were the other sites around us. Other campers were also struggling to level their RVs. The site was a combination of gravel, sand and tall grass. The roadways in the Highlands are not in very good condition. Not sure why they call these sites premium. The campground is in a good location near Plymouth and Quincy, and not too far from Boston and Cape Cod.
Jun 12, 2025 · Chuck DNice clean spot. We pulled in after hours. The available sites were posted on an erasable sheet and you are supposed to erase the spot if you take it. Only problem is the sheet is locked behind a glass cabinet. And no maps were left out. There should be a better system for posting the available sites. Other than that we felt welcome with our 5 dogs and there is a HUGE doggie play park! 👍
May 04, 2025 · Albert MiliteWe made a group reservation just after the system opened. It was impossible to reach them by phone to make the payment. They assured us by email that the reserved cabins are locked for us.Just one month before our stay we learn that our reservation has lapsed. Our retreat plans got canceled.Beware that their front desk is not responsive.

Park is very clean and in a wooded area. There are many different camping options. The camp store is a great option for camping gear and souvenirs.I'm planning another trip in 8 wks. Even though it's an 8hr drive for me, I'm going back. It's a "happy place".
