Bob Shetler Campground Reviews
We stayed there throughout the weekend of the dam to des morning race. Overall campground was good? The only complaint we had was that the bathrooms were not as clean as they could have been. We do love the concrete pads for the campers.
Jun 16, 2025 · Quentin PlateIt's an ok place to camp. There are fire pits and picnic tables. My main issue was most of the spots are only 30 amp and the electric post is located in weird spots on a lot of the spaces. For instance, right by the fire pits and on the wrong side of where your camper would plug in. In some cases you would have to park almost over the fire pit or have a very long cord.
Jun 26, 2025 · Marty ChristensenWe have a great camping spot and the people are friendly but the showers don't have doors, just a curtain and 2 showers in each bath house, Noone listens to the quiet time hours rules and there's a major road right above the campground where bikers like to rev their engines all night and noone does anything about. Would have been at least a 4 without the noise.
May 31, 2025 · hayley keenanVery nice Corp of Engineers campground located at the base of Lake Sayerville dam. Close by marina for boating and fishing. Sites are gravel and not completely level. There is a good amount of space in each site but no significant privacy. Bathroom was clean but showers were flooded and temperature of the water could not be regulated.
Jul 25, 2021 · adamltwWent to see all the water that was being released due to the amount of rain we got and filled up the reservoir. Great place to fish, go for a walk, barbecue or just to hang out.
