Bloody Run County Park Reviews
Really nice campsite. Has no amenities besides port a potties. Had to bring in water too. Stayed in campsite 20 and loved it. Had a screech owl come visit at night and saw a young eagle the next morning. Saw fish in the creek and people fishing. Quiet area even though by the train. There are hiking trails nearby.
Aug 20, 2024 · ERIN LEIGHThis park has some beautiful camping sites along the creek. The all looked primitive - no water or electrical hookups. No shower house from what I saw and only vault toilets and porta potties. The hiking trail is a bit challenging but beautiful - moss covered rock outcroppings, overlooks. So happy I took a chance on it. Will go again as there is more to explore.
Oct 17, 2022 · Shanna Tilleynice place to camp and fish. Sites near the stream can get crowded. Outhouses are small. Water and firewood available. Caseys pizza nearby in case of (kid) emergency.
May 10, 2025 · Jeff SchipperThis is a place my family has gone to since I was a child. It is a place that brings back many wonderful childhood memories ❤My family recently had a bench put in as a memorial to my Uncle and the park staff was extremely helpful. It was greatly appreciated. The only thing I would change is the restrooms/water. I love how Primitive the park is but a little bit of running water in the camp grounds would make it a 5 star campground for me.
