★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Infested with lots of mosquitoes. Overall, the reservoir camping area was alright. Intriguing place to fish at. There are plenty of trails to ride on.
June 08 · S SThe poor place has gone down hill, the camp host doesn't seem to leave their trailer to do any maintenance on the camp sites, been to plenty of BLM campgrounds and none are as bad as this one, sites overgrown with grass and weeds, bathrooms were not cleaned, (you'd expect the grass if your were boondocking in the forest), half the sites had birds nest in the underbelly and crapping all over the tables, the sad part is it's was a really nice place hopefully in can be again,
June 20 · Moises MaldonadoPeaceful green place on the shores of Blackfoot Reservoir. We came here to view the American Pelikans but there were just very few. There is a very nice campground here.
May 28 · Travel Dream Westa nice camping spot particularly if you are a fishing fan. The only negatine is the developed sites have shade covers over the tables, they are home for Swift colonies with the associated bird droppings.
July 15 · Larry NemecekThis little campground, operated by the BLM, is beautiful, quiet, clean and cheap. There aren’t many trees, but the sites are nicely landscaped, private, with covered picnic tables, nearby toilets, some sites have electric. There are water taps nearby, and a dump station. The lake has three boat ramps. The lake is gorgeous and the wildlife is plentiful. Good spot for bird watching.
