The Statesboro High JROTC cadets spent one week at the Black Creek Scout Reserve. The kids had the most wonderful time during the entire time in the heat rain storm. They were able to experience fishing, swimming, archery, shooting BBs, sling shot, rappelling and confidence courses. They spent more time outside in one week than in their entire life. The kids forgot all about cell phones and electronics and slept in tents. The Black Creek staff is amazing with support food and anything that needed to be fixed or anything we needed. It was an amazing time for all the kids they left happy and fulfilled. - Eric Heffner
