Jul 08, 2023 · Tara Edwards*** 2022 Fare open day, still prime sites here.Been coming here for years, they USED to be a bit rough around the edges butt have always worked well for me and my friends.I'm disabled but get by with a cane, two (Cathleen & mom) OB Oak staff members offered to carry things for.And they did with a smile.
Jul 10, 2022 · Randy ChalenorBig Oak campground is literally the best they have amazing kitchen and all the staff is so friendly.
Jul 11, 2022 · julie thompsonThere's one other reviews on this site and it's irrelevant because they haven't even been open since 2019. There are ups and downs. By far one of the most hectic, busy camp grounds. Uoside is near the road, wide open space, a hose for water access, plenty of on-site private vendors and small trinkets for trade or sale, friendly folx foe the most part. Portapoties, and folx love to share. Downsides are when you pay for a spot marked by tags, and then they try squeezing extra folx right onto your little piece of grass. I don't mind sharing but it's nice to not pay for something and then have to share it. Seems like doubling up on money. Also if you're trying to sleep be aware that people party late so you'll want earplugs if you plan on sleeping. Also, prices go up and up every single year.
Jul 06, 2022 · Rebbie TillsNice camp hosts. Nice campground. We were there an hour and a half and my kayak was stolen. Won't be back.
