We stayed in a cabin here. We loved it so much! There are so many things to do, you really don’t need to leave. My kids 14, 11 and 8, were happy to hang out here. The two pools were fun, we loved the rc car track, and the movies each night were big hits for us. I like that they have spaces for everyone, some out in the open, and some more woodsy. You can find what you’re looking for here. We are definitely coming back - Dhani Caiazza

This strategic location places it at the northern tip of the Oregon Coast, providing easy access to three iconic Oregon towns: Astoria, Warrenton, and Seaside. For Oregon locals, this means a relatively straightforward drive from major population centers like Portland and Salem, making it an excellent choice for weekend trips or extended vacations without excessive travel.

One of the most appealing aspects of its location is the short distance to the beach, noted by a reviewer as just 1.6 miles away. This easy access is further enhanced by a paved bike/walk path, allowing campers to conveniently reach the sandy shores for beachcombing, picnicking, or simply enjoying the Pacific Ocean breezes. Beyond the immediate coastal access, the resort's position provides a perfect springboard for exploring historical sites like Fort Clatsop National Memorial (Lewis & Clark Expedition's winter encampment) and Fort Stevens State Park, known for its military history, extensive trails, and the famous Wreck of the Peter Iredale.
