★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great place to camp, but be careful of the site you choose, we chose a site that said for tent camping and up to 14 people, but the space for tents was very limited. Thankfully, we were able to switch to a first come, first serve that was more tent friendly. Keep in mind that the water is a bit of a way from loop A, but there is plenty of parking next to the water. There is a little shop with food, ice, and fishing supplies that is really nice to have accessible.
July 16 · C SI love the 10pm quiet rule. Lots of options, like dry camping with camper, tent, they even have a full hookup option. Varying levels of tree cover as well. Higher into the canyon usually means more trees.
July 04 · Bryant LarsenThis place was great. Exceeded my expectations. They even had flush toilets. Views of the lake from parts of the campground and some camp spots are tucked away in the trees. You can chill in the campground or go on a nearby hike or go play in the water. We plan to return.
June 13 · Josh TaylorLet me start by saying a much-needed trip for myself. I had the pleasure of staying at Aspen Campground and the opportunity to extend my stay. The choice became easy because of Jan and Richard. I met Richard last year while touring the area promised to return they both are very pleasant. They took care of the property as their own, we will return because of them two. I gave them a camping tradition gift. I found a stick that had the shape of whale. I carved a fish in the belly of the whale. We will be back soon thank you, Jan and Richard The MARTIN family will return.
July 04 · Reno MartinAspen Grove Campground and the Camp Hosts are wonderful.I would recommend going there for an evening hike or two. It’s very close to the lake and the water has lots of Crawfish.
