Campground ★3.0

I am a travel nurse and called 1 month before my contract was suppose to start looking for a site. I sat on the phone for 45 minutes listening to this elderly woman complain about her tenants, people who have dogs and her insurance premiums. When all I really wanted to know is if she would or would not be able to accommodate my RV for said days. When I pointedly asked if she thought she could her response was she doesn't guarantee sites, she doesn't do online payment, it's first come first serve and 2 others also wanted the last site she had available. I'm traveling with a family, I don't move them around on a whim thinking we "might have a place to stay". She was very rude and unprofessional on the phone and ultimately I decided because of how poorly she conducted herself and the inability to confirm lodgings, I would find lodging elsewhere. Now, a month later this woman has the nerve to call and yell at me for "not showing up or letting her know". Mind you I did not confirm my stay or pay a deposit. Further proof this woman is unprofessional and has no idea how to conduct a business. I would avoid staying here. She seems like a total nightmare. - Courtney Deck
