I Made a reservation in April for August and put down the deposit. Now that I have a family medical issue the same weekend I reserved I had to cancel. When canceling I was told my deposit would not be refunded. I was not told that when making the reservation but was told it was in the email I received after making the reservation Which wouldn't matter because I already made the reservation so even if I canceled the same week I would be charged. This is ridiculous as I'm sure that the 1 campsite that was left would be filled. They have 3 months to fill it. I do not recommend this campground for that reason. 50.00 is not alot of money but there's no reason not to refund the customer when giving 3 months notice. They could at least let me use the deposit on a different weekend but was told no and the guy in the background was very rude. - Mike peters
