10 Acres Campground, like many family-owned and operated campgrounds, offers straightforward pricing that provides excellent value for the amenities and location. While specific, flashy "promotions" beyond their standard rates are not always widely advertised, campers can typically find value through various booking options and seasonal considerations. For the most precise and current information on any deals, directly contacting the campground is always the best approach.
Based on their pricing structure and common campground practices, here are some typical "offers" or valuable considerations:
- Seasonal Sites: For Vermont locals who wish to have a consistent summer escape on Lake Champlain, the availability of seasonal sites is a significant "offer." This allows campers to enjoy the full season from May 1st through October 15th, often at a more economical per-night rate than booking individual overnight stays. They pride themselves on having "grass sites and spacious" seasonal spots, many with lake or mountain views.
- Weekly Rates: The campground clearly outlines weekly rates for all site types (full hookup, water/electric, lean-to), which are generally more cost-effective than booking seven individual nightly stays. For example, a week is defined as "7 overnights."
- Inclusive Pricing: Daily and weekly rates typically include four people per site, which can be a value for families. Additional guests are charged a nominal daily fee.
- Off-Peak Season Camping: While not always explicitly termed a "promotion," camping during the earlier part of the season (May and early June) or later in the fall (September and early October) often provides a quieter experience and sometimes slightly more availability, though rates remain consistent throughout their defined "overnight camping season" from May 1st to September 15th.
- Special Events: While not a discount, the scheduled special events like fishing derbies, chicken barbecues, and pig roasts are included as part of the camping experience, adding value and entertainment for guests.
Always verify current rates and availability directly with the campground, as prices are subject to change.

Nice full service campground on Lake Champlain. Wonderful multiple museums near by.
Jun 05, 2025 · Barbara StantonWe had a great site! The person who checked us in was very helpful! The space was easy to walk around with a cuteDock across the street. The bathrooms were very clean. The wifi was a little slow in our corner but we did not need much. Thanks so much!!!PS - from our site we got to watch 2 Ospreys catch fish DURING the eclipse and as well as a great blue heron fly by and a Beaver swim across. So very cool!!!
Apr 10, 2024 · Brenda ShepardThis is a lovely spot overlooking Lake Champlain.EVs are welcome here! Mike the owner has updated the electric infrastructure at this campground. We stayed in a full hookup site which had brand new 50A AND 30A outlets so we could plug in both our trailer and vehicle at the same time. Got a steady 40A uninterrupted charge overnight, which is definitely not available in most places. Make sure you ask about vehicle charging up front because there may be an extra surcharge. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was hot. We even had to do emergency load of laundry and did so with no problem.
Apr 12, 2024 · Jessica WongA wonderful place for a vacation. The owners are very nice, funny and accommodating. I forgot to pack extra water but the campground actually has a little shop where you can buy all the basics you need. Perfect for needing something in a pinch. We stayed the weekend and we had beautiful weather the whole time. They have a little dock across the street from the campground and you can walk out on it and watch the sunset on the water, it's very stunning. They also have the cleanest outdoor pool I've ever seen. I highly recommend this place.
Aug 30, 2023 · Incog NeatoTerrible campground, our site was completely waterlogged. Step out of your camper into mud. I understand we have had a lot of rain lately but little to no effort to manage it and clean up the sites. I needed to be in 4 wheel drive just to back in the camper. Never been on a site that was so far out of level. We came to kayak (as advertised) and you can't take your kayak across the road to put it into the lake as the docks are not accessible due to poor or no maintenance, a complete mess and unsafe. So much false advertising. We had booked for 3 nights & will leave after our first one. The owner was unfriendly and unwilling to refund even one night. When we checked in the young man even said people are leaving and not staying for their booked nights. That was a red flag, and we will be doing the same. To top it off it smells like septic fallout.
